What should I do if a machine takes my payment but does not start?
Stop adding additional payment and call or text (865) 466-5983. Provide the machine number, approximate time, amount and payment method so we can review the issue.
What payment methods are available?
Quarter-operated machines are available. Machines also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other tap-to-pay methods.
Do you have a change machine?
Yes. A bill-to-coin change machine is available inside the laundromat for exchanging supported bills for quarters.
Can I schedule pickup and delivery through the contact form?
Yes. Select “Pickup and Delivery” and provide your address, preferred schedule and estimated laundry volume. Availability must be confirmed.
Is multilingual assistance available?
